Pumpkin Cookies Everywhere
Nov. 1st, 2012 12:53 pmSO MANY COOKIES. Like, okay, the recipe said it would make 36 cookies? That was a filthy fucking lie, to the point where everyone who walked in immediately went SO MANY COOKIES. And of the pumpkin-ginger, pumpkin-cardamom, pumpkin-pecan, and pumpkin-white chocolate chip combos, I did not expect that last one to be the fail. I totally thought I would end up overspicing one of the first two, but no, they are delicious.
Unfortunately, I have dough for more cookies (different recipe, also makes "36" cookies) in the fridge. Waiting.
I just wanted to know which recipe was better! And now I am going to have like 90 cookies. I mean, they are weirdly low ingredient for this kind of yield, I'm not convinced there isn't magic involved.
